This has to do with the weather, I guess. After my meeting this morning, I hurriedly went home for I have been experiencing a bad headache. As much as i wanted to excuse myself, i just applied a balm on my temple hoping that the smell won't be a big deal to the next person sitting beside me.. Yes, most of the time I rely on this balm, from my headache to insect bites to stomachache, I know it is not a medicine, it is the fastest remedy that i have and it works well for me and handy too. And i always have it with me. Do you have any quick relief remedies too?

Am not really a headachy person nor am I prone to insect bites. I know about the balm but in cases that there's a cramp here or there, I apply healing oils like the virgin coconut oil.

@Lucky15 I think so, too. My daughter brought me lavender oil from London and I dash a little on my night shirt so I could have a restful night. I think the snoring has become andante.

Tiger balm is certainly a good for lots of usage. I also use salonpas' patch to treat cramp and stomachache. But for headache, I have my meds for migraine. I got it from the clinic.

@Lucky15 Yes it is good but still not the best, perhaps better with the THC, but I do not want that indgredient.

@Lucky15 I use a local products for the insect bites that works very well. As I am allergic to camphor, I cannot apply on my skin the tiger balm.

I absolutely swear by this balm. My wife uses it for her headaches and I get neuralgia and a lot of muscle knots. In fact It really helps sooth the pain. I have to say whenever I have a headache or hayfever, a cup of very strong coffee always seems to help quite a lot. You've inspired me actually, my neuralgia is acting up so I'm going to apply some. It leaves a yellow stain on my face but it's totally worth it.
