'90s The best Decade for Rock Bands

Philippines

The 1990s saw the rise in popularity of Rock Bands never heard before. The diversity was bloody brilliant. It introduced Albums that will forever be etched in history. Songs like Smells like teen spirit by Nirvana, Enter Sandman by Metallica, November rain by Guns N Roses, and a lot more...way more. It was and will always be an exciting time for all forms of Rock Bands. They dove headfirst and defiantly made their mark in music history. Listening to the music of the 1990s now leads to nostalgic memories being uncovered. It's like one of those time-traveling machines because listening to them brings you back to the times of our youth which brings me to this quote "The '90s are over but the music will always be there". Which '90s Rock Band is your favorite?

I like the songs of Silverchair too. Hope they could do a comeback concert reunion of some sort.

I like 70's 80's better. But I'd say Extreme.

@Balmond21 I think Extreme started out in the late 80's, like 1989 or something like that.

Some of the bands started out in the '80s...not yet famous but became one in the '90s. Thank you for commenting.

@sharonelton Yes they started in 1985 then gained popularity in the late '80s through the early '90s. More than words was one of their hit songs right?
