I checked the current status of my country with covid cases. Honestly, I do not want to know this fact. I am blaming my friend who sent this. It seems the vaccines are not kicking the effects yet. I hope things will be fine soon.
How about in your country?
Any changes?

I really do not know, I am to scared to look at real numbers, but they are touting vaccine here in regards how many already have at least one shot. 200 million people and in a pretty short time. hopefully they get it out to whole world as quick as possible because its not over until everyone can get the immunity shots.

So far we are still back to lockdown again I think it is not about the vaccine because I think there are still a lot of people who don`t get vaccinated. Like here. Vaccines are not yet available for everybody.

Second/third wave has hit many nations and it's deadlier and scarier than first one because of all new mutants with more varied symptoms and high rate of infection. We all need to take precautions and stay safe. Experts feel that it will be couple of years more with few more waves. More vaccination has to be done at a warfront

@Shavkat We have only speculations. But yes, every lab is working and doing research. Better news should be there . Let's pray and wait for it.

Looking at the daily cases, it is alarming. But the number of recoveries are far way better than that of the active cases.

India has been badly hit by the second wave. Numbers of cases scares everyone alike. I just pray amd hope that things get to normal soon. Because with this large and dense population, amd with increasing numbers, only prayers can do miracles

@anamika161088 That's prmosing. If we only have the facility to do these vaccines, it would be better.

@Shavkat Manufacturing vaccines is one thing but giving vaccines to this much big population can take a long year. And I read that the vaccine is effective for 6 months so far

I don't know I live Mars. I read some places are doing good. Some islands, New Zealand, a few others. Think we might invade those places first.

@Shavkat Don't understand why your country couldn't. It's an island right? I read much of China was after they got strict but now not sure. Have you heard?

To be honest I was feeling hopeful with Sec. Roque's report that 20k plus has recovered recently from COVID.

@Shavkat I have not heard much from the Deptartment of Health Secretary ...Secretary Francesco Duque. Is he still part of the cabinet of our President or has he been replaced already?

I haven't checked lately for our county. My mother used to give me updates, but she hasn't lately.
