Germany

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a very cold weather but with a little sunshine. I`m not so sure if it`s like that the whole day but yesterday it was good and had a good walk. I hope I can have a good walk today Since, The weather is cold. I`m going to prepare some Chicken Soup the Philippine Style We call it ``Tinolang Manok`` It is a very easy one to cook. First you have to marinate your Chicken with salt and pepper for 20minutes. Then, Fry it with minced garlic and ginger. Then, pour some liter of water put some chopped green papaya and let it boil until the papaya is soft. Then put the chili leaves. Let it boil for 1 minute. Then Serve. You can eat it with fish sauce and steamed rice. How about you my dear mylotters? Do you know Tinolang Manok? How do you make your own Chicken Soup? What are you having for today? I hope you can share it with me here Have a great day and Happy mylotting Photo: google

I do not marinate the chicken but sauté it with garlic, onion and ginger, then the rest is the same

Good evening from this side of the planet. Your chicken soup sounds delicious and healthy with that raw papaya in it. I am a vegetarian but I will try making it for others in family. That's another addition to my chicken recipe Hope the weather turned out well for your walk later.

Thank you for sharing the recipe. It looks yummy. I cook chicken with soup. Fry onions, then tomatoes, then chicken, then add some salt and some water for soup. Very simple. I could chop garlic and parsley and use it sometimes

Last week I cooked tinolang manok. But I used turmeric, I still prefer the ordinary ginger. I like sayote in it but in the province we use papaya. I also added chili leaves and malunggay leaves.

I never tried putting turmeric in that kind of chicken soup. Your style is also good but we don`t have sayote here and malunggay leaves is not always available
