No, but it sounds like it would be an interesting subject.

No, I haven't read anything about mindfulness lately. I just got a book "The Least of These: The Biblical Case for Missions to the Poor" by Dr Steven Merrill who is a local doctor in our county. His son and wife are missionaries to Romania and he goes on mission trips to various countries offering his medical help to orphans, widows and the poor. He was at our church yesterday morning.

Ok, that's a great mission. I might read this later, I saw that there was a kindle edition.

I haven't read it. But that is a good idea. But i do read inspirational books. I have also like Da Vinci Code. I have finished reading it in one seating way way back about 17 or 18 years ago.

Nope.
Well, maybe; but not 'based on "how the brain works."' More based on 'the right things to be mindful about' (either "seeking first the Kingdom of EL" or 'listening for the Divine Voice' (Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo, the Nichiren Buddhist mantra)).

I'm glad you're finding it interesting.
Those kinds of books would put me to sleep.
