I cook everyday and almost everyday, oil is used. Though I only use small amount of oil but will it be better if I seldom use it?
For the second day in a row, I did not use oil. It is hard to think of meals sometimes that don't use oil. Though we have grilling and stewing but we cannot eat the same food or dish throughout the month.
Do you often use oil for cooking?

I use but very little. I always measure with a spoon. All the food I cook have little oil. Some are only boiled

We don't use a lot of oil - no deep frying - but yes we do use olive or rape-seed oil or butter. Even things like stews often require a bit of browning of the ingredients first.
But anyway - oil is part of a varied diet, olive oil (and others) have been shown to have many benefits and the low-fat diets that have been promoted for so many years now have certainly not led to reduced obesity and better health!
