Thinking To Prepare Chicken Biryani Tonight!

Since after the starting of the Covid 19 Infection, in India , I have practically stopped cooking !
Previously I used to prepare my favorite dishes, which were and still are Non vegetarian ones once a while.
My family members and the guests used to enjoy the dishes!
Now since there is nobody at my place except my wife, we hardly find it interesting to make any such dishes!
More over we are getting the food supplied on line also, so we are not too keen to prepare the dishes!
But still I am feeling to prepare the trial Chicken Biryani tonight, so that I will prepare the same on the Monday when I will have my 36th Wedding Anniversary for my wife!
This practice Biryani becomes a must as i will be preparing the same after many months!

Wishes in advance for your upcoming marriage anniversary. I hope you are keeping well.
We had started going outside sometimes and eat outside food but have stopped that altogether now.
You are not so active here these days it seems.

Umm...I am not totally fit but still I am doing well and not coming to the ites regularly! After attending for a couple of days now I am feeling much better and thinking o continue for quite some time now! Outing is out of question now a days dear friend!

I am not fond of non vegetarian because my wife is pure vegetarian so she doesn't like me and the kids having non veg often. Once a month it's allowed at home that too from outside and you know these days everything is closed so have not tasted chicken since long

Happy Anniversary to you, I wish you and your wife a good health and more happier Anniversary to come.
The last time that I ate this authentic Indian food was last year when I ask my Indian friend to cook it for our friends and it is totally good.Wishing to eat this one in the near future but I don’t know how to cook it plus the ingredients hahaha.
