@DianneN Thank you for the belated wishes. I hope you had a good time where you were. My brother passed away on Friday and got the news from my sister-in-law on Sunday and had lots to do but only had to sit shiva a few hours on Sunday and then 21 days instead of 30 since Shavuot was Sunday night and Monday. So tomorrow starts the 21 with no weddings. I have not listening to music or watching TV and if all goes well am moving on Thursday and still have lots to do. I have to talk to someone and make sure the people are moving out tomorrow and I can move on Thursday. Yes, the Rav said I can move on Thursday.

@Hannihar Oh, my! I am so sorry your brother passed away. May he Rest In Peace. I know that Shavuot was Sunday and Monday. So happy that you found a place to move to. I can imagine how busy you must be. Best of luck with the move. Can’t wait to hear about your new place. Again, so sorry for your loss.

Actually Jews have been in Jerusalem for thousands of years. I believe maybe they are counting from the Six Day War when we got Jerusalem back from our enemies in the Six Day War.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes, there are things going on. Yesterday when I was out I saw lots with flags walking in a group. There was a dance and our dear enemy does not like when we are enjoying ourselves so they have to do things and they are causing lots of trouble and something has to be done about it.
