I prefer to take Coffee in the evening. I do not take it after dinner. I have heard that some people take it and they feel good about it.

I am occasional coffee drinker and enjoy it with a good company. Hope you are able to sleep well after a strong coffee.

@Starkinds That's good. Many people don't get sleep if they have tea or coffee before their bedtime. But I have heard many having it as a habit as it helps them sleep better. Good that you could sleep well.

I just finish my cup of coffee while watching movies on the nextflix. I think it also helps me to be more relax after a tring day from work. I also like strong coffee.
