Well we do sometimes try others' recipes. Yet sometimes we have something new in the home. So far not into publishing new dishes on Net but may be sometime in the future. So what is for lunch at your home today?

We had the combination of South Indian rasam , dal along with desi ghee and dal and curd rice! This was done deliberately to keep the stomach light!

@AKRao24 That was cool. Interestingly we had Rice - two kinds: leftover Pulao and Plain rice alongwith Masoor Daal(Lentil). We might have pumpkin soup in the dinner but not sure. We are trying to keep healthy meals although an occasional treat looks fine.

I would try a recipe I found online. Then I forgot a step or just ignore a step. Substitute an ingredient or add something extra. In the end, I don't really follow the recipe.

I think most of us do our own modifications to make the recipe new one, which at the end of the day turns out to be often delicious!
