Maybe not the best one I could have taken. On the other side of this bridge is a little walking path that gets me closer to the creek. Maybe I'll take that tomorrow and get more pictures.
I love this little area. There is honey suckle all around and it's so peaceful. It's called Little Creek, but well, it's not very little at all. It spans a wide area.
Do you like the water?

Several areas of my neighborhood has it. I need to check around the side of our yard as it used to grow there.
Yes, water is so peaceful.

@CarolDM Me too. I took a video, but I can't share it here because I took it via snapchat and not via my video camera on the phone.

Yes, I love the water. I'm glad you made it to the creak today.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I'll bet with the rain there the creeks are having a good ol' time! Most of our creeks now are just evidence of a creek being there (very dry).

@much2say Oh, I'm sure they are nice and full.
Hopefully the drought ends for you guys soon. Recently I heard something about California trying to do something different with the water, I can't remember what it is though. I just know it has to do with keeping a consistent supply of water without having to rely on the current system.

I plan to take better photos. There's areas where it gets wider, and it reaches miles. I don't know why it's called Little Creek.

I look forward to it. A few years ago you could see the creek better from the bridge you see on my fb, but now it's too covered.

Yes I do.
The picture looks good. I'm not sure if that is sand or water

It's both. To the right side of the picture it's sand, but there is some water to the left and further (back) into the picture.

Thank You!
That bicycle has been there for years. I wish someone from the city would take it.

@Belexhanns I do not know. I remember seeing kids playing with a bike one day, but am not sure if this is the same bike.

I do not often walk where I can stand right by it. I think I will do that more.

You feel as if you are nowhere near suburbia. After this little bridge (I'm standing on a bridge) you go to the right or left. The right takes you further into the wooded area, there's three neighborhoods that are visible from here and two that are accessible.
If you go to the left you are heading onto the road that the mall is on.

That's a very nice picture. I imagine it's a rushing creek when it rains.

I am sure it is. It's rainy today, so no walking.
