leftover for lunch

I like this day as it is my leftover day. My visit to my friend is kinda special. She does not invite anyone because of this Covid. But today, I am going there.
We will have chitchat over a cup of coffee. I like her coffee by the way.
Later, I will just buy cooked foods as I really don't like cooking today.
Do you just heat your leftover or you create a new dish out of it?

Both, although I rarely have leftover food.

@Janet357 I can. I also like that I don't have leftovers often, because it means we're not eating more than we can handle.

These days I am deliberately saving some left over from lunch to use as dinner. Enjoy your no cooking day and visit to your friend

@Janet357 That's a wise thing to do. saves time and effort and we can do other things.

Whatever is more convenient, it is what I do.

I usually make new dishes out of them but I have noticed that Dixie just heats them. I confess I prefer them my way.

Mostly we heat and if it's possible we create a new dish, Enjoy your coffee at your friends place
