Covid home tests

The so called home test! Meant to make things easier to reassure parents in sending children to school yet I got told during the week my daughter needed a nhs covid test before returning to school as the quick home tests are not good. Why on earth waste the money on them then? Put the money towards more vaccinations

Welcome to Mylot. We also don't have the facility of test at home. We have to go the lab to have swab test done. An antigen test report is told after 1-2 hours whereas the rtpcr report takes at least 3 days to come.

I preferred the home schooling, but found she wasn’t doing certain lessons due to not understanding very well and not having classroom support.
