My Mom's Funny Question

When we went to the vaccination area on the last 14th of May, my mother asked a simple question to the doctor before releasing us from the facility. "Are we allowed to take a bath after having the vaccine?" My mom is being funny but the doctor had said that it is fine because it is not a surgical procedure. To set the record straight, she is fine for being a joker. Are you funny sometimes? How funny are you? Image Credit: 2.bp.blogspot.com

I am not funny at all, but they doing all kinds of things here to get people to get their vaccines here. They definitely made it about money and prizes. Some state is going to let people in a lottery so they can will a million bucks. My baseball Cardinals are giving away two free tickets to get them all vaccinated. Lets be honest I think we just figured out how capitalism works. You want make it about the money you batter spend the money.

@Shavkat I agree and you know old president here would have bragged. Big Trump I STOLE IT BECAUSE IT WAS OURS IN FIRST PLACE. Why I have a hard time trusting anything thing even from own country. They need to make that right if they want people to whats that word?

Before the formal administering of vaccines here, some elite people tried to buy them. In fact, some of these vaccines were smuggled. They make it a joke for being so bold of doing this.

Apparently that doctor had no sense of humor. I love to make funny comments but often what I think is funny the other person takes seriously

After graduation, I attended a job interview. When the interviewers asked me if I had any queston for them, I asked this, 'would the successful applicant be given a separate desk?' - Of course, I didn't get that job . (Asked, because all the jobs I had got before that interview, I had no space to call mine!)

@Shavkat Guess they think "dumb question = dumb worker!" hence I was not chosen (It was a very big scientific company, government run. Everyone was shocked when I didn't get that job because my academic record was very good. I learned to not ask stupid question again - but I still did so every now and then. )

I always joke all day long, even when I talk seriously the people around me even laugh, sometimes this makes me confused. But herein lies the advantage of being a humorous person, making life more colorful with an environment full of smiles

That is really a very sound query. The vets, for example, advise dog owners not to bathe the dogs for five days after the pet being vaccinated. Your mother is smart. She asks important questions others would find silly.

Are you sure she's okay? Because that's an odd question to ask. I mean it's a shot, after a little bit you don't even need a band-aid.

My mom is fine. We overheard that some people were asking and cannot hear what the doctor said about it. So she managed to ask out of curiosity.
