Do you like Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very weird weather today. Little bit of sun and windy. I hope it will not rain again like yesterday 
but it`s ok. I had my good dancing exercise anyway. 
Today, I`m craving for this Sweet and Sour fish Fillet. First of all, the kind of fish I want for this is creamy Dory Fish. I like it crispier. So here are the mix to make it crispier before frying. To make the batter, mix together all the dry ingredients––the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt, turmeric powder, and black pepper. Then the sauce. White sugar, Vinegar, water, ketchup and corn starch. After making that you can now fry the green bell pepper and mix them together and you can add some pineapple chunks there if you want. Whew! It is really hard to explain it here but I like to share it with you. I eat it with a steamed rice.

I like fish fillets as is. I also like sweet and sour meals. Had some sweet and sour meatballs the other day.

No it is easy. I just explain how you make the fish more crispier but it is really easy when you have all the ingredients ready

@m_audrey6788 malasugui, or any catch from the sea. Cream dory is cultured and it's not healthy.
