Everyone is different. Some people experience flu-like symptoms after being vaccinated. You should treat it as you would flu or a heavy cold: take paracetamol, drink plenty of fluids and keep warm. The symptoms only last a few days.

I can not get vaccinated till August as I just recovered from the virus. My mom took two shots of covaxin and she developed flu like symptoms for two days with her first shot. In second shot she had some light headed and dizzy feeling. My brother got Covishield and had slight headache and tiredness for two days with first shot. He is due for his second shot.
Brands of vaccines do not matter much. We have all good and efficient ones in India. I was not sure that Sputnik has single dose. I knew that Moderna has.

I have not been vaccinated yet , so I have no experience of the Vaccines. I have heard the will not take long hours before you feel better again so don't worry you will be fine
It's just the reactions of the Vaccines.

It depends on your body and immune system, so it isn't universal
