Do you live there or have you ever visited? I lived there for about 6 months. My apartment was right on the bay. It seemed like a nice place with alot of things to do. I liked seeing the dolphins swim up to check people out.

My husband and I are about to move there. We were thinking of moving onto Mustang Island or Padre Island despite the prices of rentals because the news of Corpus is its dangerous. It does seem super beautiful though. Wish he was going to a base in the San Antonio area - that really seems like a neat place.

we've moved! We did decide to move to Padre Island and we got 250 off our rent by renting a condo that usually goes to winter texans or vacationers - so we get a deal - and the owners get it leased out full time for at least a year.
It is a one bedroom - but out of crime ridden Corpus. Our back balcony looks out on the canal and our front door is steps from the ocean. We also have a pool and a fishing pier. Our three year old loves it!
