Roasted chicken is done

After hours of cooking process, I am finally done with cooking the chicken. For today, that is. First is to boil the chicken to soften it (as it's very chewy if I don't do that) with spices and sauce to ensure the chicken won't be tasteless. Then, I glazed the chicken with melted margarine. No butter, I forgot to buy it yesterday. I think butter would be better. I roasted the chicken for 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the next. Taste-wise, not bad at all. Would be better if I can adjust the temperature but this air fryer is pretty basic. But this will do for now.

@prinzcy I hope someone does, you deserve this for your birthday..the 3 quart ones here are very reasonable and it would make so much quicker work for you.
Maybe there is a cheaper one maybe someone has a used one..that is what I got and it works fine..I have the very small one the 3qt size. It was $40 USA.
