How Authentic Are you? Give your thoughts.

Everybody needs to be valid. You need to be consistent with yourself, not a subjugated adherent of social assumptions. You need to "carry on with your best life," seeking after your specific cravings, as opposed to conforming to whatever every other person thinks bliss requires. Studies have even shown that sensations of realness can go connected at the hip with various mental and social advantages: higher confidence, more prominent prosperity, better close connections and improved work execution.
However, genuineness is something tricky. Albeit the vast majority would characterize validness as acting as per your eccentric arrangement of qualities and characteristics, research has shown that individuals feel most legitimate when they adjust to a specific arrangement of socially endorsed characteristics, for example, being outgoing, sincerely steady, principled, scholarly and pleasant.
This is the paradox of genuineness: In request to receive the a considerable lot of the rewards of feeling real, you may need to deceive your real essence.
I would appreciate to hear something from you. Kindly comment your answers below. :) Happy Day Everyone.

Great to hear that Arya, I assume being introvert is who you are and nothing's wrong with that :) I am an extreme bibliophile as well. Love to hear your thoughts about books too. What classifications of books/ genre would you like to read about?

In this world people will either love you or hate you. So it is up to find out what is comfortable for you and do that and be that. Becoming a People Please will drain you every time in order to live a healthy and happy life you must do what is genuine and right to you and not worry about what others think because at the end of the day they do not matter, You Must Be The Best You Can Be and Leave all the Haters and Nay Sayers Behind.

I absolutely agree with you @VoiceofTruth7 Been there too. Being people brought a lot of damages to me than good, at the end of the day, probably I get back to the principle of "Kindness". Especially nowadays, our mental health should always be a priority.

I try to as honest as possible.
But being honest not always helps.
If you have seen the movie Interstellar there's a dialogue by TARS, it states " Absolute honesty isn't always the most diplomatic nor the safest form of communication with emotional beings".

I think that integrity is the key. We should always test the waters by studying and considering the people around us too.

A quote from The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath comes to mind, “I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.”
How authentic am I? I guess I'm as authentic as an ever-changing person can be. The self that I am in private, the self that I present to others, the self that others make of me, and all the selves that I have been and will be, are all the genuine me.

I conduct myself the way I am. I do not believe in pretentiousness. If someone like me the way I am, he is most welcome, otherwise no problem.

Not on The Internet, you don't!
I just have to be true to 'the facts' (or 'the rumors I accept as fact because at least one other online source claims they're true' ).

I was trying to please others initially from childhood but when I started earning, I stood my ground.
I stood for honesty, uprightness, speaking my mind but taking care not to offend, and telling only the truth.
That helped me to have a peaceful sleep and a contented life.

I would say I am basically a very honest straightforward person that believes what I believe and go according to that. I am not sure that is what you were looking forward but that is who I am.

Quiet right you were saying genuineness is tricky, if everybody know how the way or path to find that there is no need to be tricky. I want to live a life which is very much authentic that everybody in the Kitchen should know how to cook" properly and real essence should be the mind. I find looking some what inward oneself can find the solution I mean just ourselves the Body.

I believe more of this needs to be encouraged at a young age.
Some of it is having confidence in one's self.
So many (and it is painfully obvious through out this age we live in) are conditioned to follow, not lead.
