Rainy day-time for something sweet

@Nevena83 No not locked. But not yet open. In the phase where it's opening gradually. every day something opens up like essentials shops, Office etc. still restrictions on time though.

@Nevena83 There is partial shutdown. I am retired and want to be safe than sorry. Am in India now, and in my place it is still an issue.

Does that mean the virus is still active there?

@Shiva49 Oh, yes, I have heard that it is the worst in India now. I watched horrible footage of people lying on the street, many die there.

@Nevena83 If the photo is of your dumplings, then they look tasty. The sharpness of the raspberries probably cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate. I am just impressed that you bake. Many modern women don't and go for convenience foods only.

And we have salty dumplings that we put in the soup. Yes, I love white chocolate, but it is often very sweet.

The first original dumplings were with plums, but over time people started experimenting and adding various combinations. I have to admit that plum dumplings are still my favorite.

It is hard to make from boiled potatoes with eggs and flour, a little salt and mix it all well and shape it into balls, and inside you can put any fruit, chocolate fillings ... When they are cooked, melt the butter in the pan and add the pretzels and roll the dumplings, sugar can be put over it, but I avoid it, because it is usually sweet enough.
