Now those look so good Carol..sadly I had to give up meat for now. I cannot even have tofu coz of the soy. I do eat fish and eggs though.

Chicken tenders are my son's favorite! He likes it with a Japanese porkchop sauce (essentially a slightly fruity worchestershire sauce). We bake fries too!

@CarolDM If you ever go to Japanese restaurants, you will find this sauce on pork or chicken cutlets. Different from the too-sweet teriyaki sauce.

I love to bake as much as possible. I know we tend to fry a lot of food, but I agree.... fries are just as good, baked.

I love to do fries in my air fryer and dip them in blue cheese dressing. My days of frying are pretty much over. Not healthy and too much work

I have never really ever used Shake 'N Bake, but I can't see anything wrong with it of course. Just never used it. But chicken tenders sound very good, and I need to make some of these soon. I make my own mix, and my wife loves them.

@CarolDM My opposition really is the salt since I have a salt restriction. So, I prefer to make my own without all the salt.
