Diarrhea after eating Spicy food / myLot

I like eating spicy food but one of my problem is getting Diarrhea after eating spicy food and it's so very painful when I poop. I ate spicy Pork Sisig last night and I'm still having diarrhea right now. How about you guys? Do you guys also experience the same thing? is this normal for Us, when eating a spicy food we will get a diarrhea? Feel free to share to share your thoughts.

i love spicy foods but i don't get diarrhrea after eating.. too bad for you if you really love eating spicy foods but always having a diarrhea.. maybe your tummy doesn't like it..
