don't linger in things that is negative and depresses you

even when i don't have problems negative thoughts still do come. there's some things that keep bothering our thoughts. usually when i lie idle and my mind isn't busy that's when it happens. those devils whispering negative things to our thoughts. it happens a lot when I'm inside my room. i feel low. but when on the kitchen example i feel more energetic . i do not hear those whispering negative thoughts. when I'm not in the room.
when I'm feeling down usually i get up and out of the room and immediately my mood changes.
like I'm different person. i feel like there's a lot of things to look forward to to this day.

Yes I agree with you. I also like to keep myself busy with positive things that can also keep my mind busy

Yeah I'd there's too many thoughts that we just try to sleep so as not to think about them

in the morning upon waking up i turn on my smart tv to listen to good music on YouTube. i will let it play while I'm doing something

Negativity is just part of life. I believe its up to us how you overcome that. Just do what makes you feel good and keep aside other things. Even for a couple of minutes also makes a big difference..
