Friday Yummy Lunch with Taro Root (Arbi) and Wheat Bread (Roti)

Today it's another one of my favorite lunch in which I will have Taro Root which is more popularly known in our parts as " Arbi" and along with that Indian flat wheat bread (Roti/ Chapatti) and of course curd to compliment it. Weather is quite hot and humid at this moment. Day is not bad not very busy so that's welcome when it's so hot and you can relax. What is your Meal? Do you like Taro Root/Arbi?

I had rice with hot sauce chicken. i've never tried Arbi but i have tried Chapatti

I have never heard of Taro Root, what does it taste like?

I can't explain the taste but it tastes very nice you can like like potatoes

I've never cooked arbi let alone eat it, after I read an article about its benefits, it turned out to be quite a lot and the vitamin content is also good for health, I'll try to cook it someday maybe I'll make a snack. skipjack tuna and rice
