It has been a while since I visited mylot. After almost a decade of working in our company, I decided to resign from work. I will be submitting my resignation next week.
I have personal reasons for my resignation. I am no longer happy and the company no longer appreciates employees unlike before. I want to try other company that pays more and take care of their employees.
What do you think are the reasons why you will resign from a company?

@chiwasaki Can't blame you at all. I know exactly where you are coming from.

For me, it has always been the availability of better opportunities elsewhere. Good luck with finding new job.

Thanks for understanding. I rather spend my time to other companies that truly cares.

A new job, a conflict at work, horrible conditions, no appreciation, low salary, you want to date a woman that works there too and it's against policy... There a million reasons why you resign.
Any one of them is good enough.

Heavy workload and lower pay, plus the company no longer appreciate the agents.

I will resign for this reason only because a company should appreciate it's employees and keep them happy too

The last time I resigned, I had been working several part-time jobs. I resigned them all to take a full-time job. Saying that, the reasons for me looking for a different job were not only because of needing full-time work and a higher income, but also because I had been working for a truly awful person. I had intended to quit that job anyway.
Before that, I had to quit a job I loved because they changed my hours and I wasn't able to do the shifts they were asking.
Now, I don't think there will ever be a reason for me to leave until I retire. Even if I go for a different job, it's most likely still going to be in the same company.
