Sometimes a character, sometimes the message or perhaps sometimes the whole story, just something about a particular movie or a show makes you feel really good and gets you out of the mood you are in. Discuss all about it, till it makes you feel happy again

My husband and I like to play Friends. It’s a show popular back when we where growing up. About adult friends in New York. It was funny and it always makes us laugh. I love all the really different personalities of all 6 friends.

Ahh yess I love friends too. I like Joey a lot. And Joey with Phoebe are the funniest. I like the rest of them and how they go about life and take decisions for themselves teaches about life and brightens up my day too.

I like the Sylvester Stallone "Rocky Balboa" franchise movies since his messages on never giving up in life are the key to having a successful life.

@pandawrites Well, along with a couple of books and comics, they're pretty much the foundation of my preference in media. I love Star Trek because it's message is more or less: It's one step forward, two steps back sometimes, but we're capable of creating a great future. Plus, I love sci-fi. Gargoyles, an animated show, has great writing and is responsible for my love for fantasy, mythology and Shakespeare. The Wire has phenomenal writing and prioritized being as realistic as possible as opposed to generating drama for drama's sake. It held no punches and it really was TV as an Artform. The Ocean's Trilogy is just really fun and classy and I've always been fascinated by heist stories. It excelled in Show don't Tell. I have a lot of other go-to media, but those came to mind first, so....
