Waking up early in the morning

How do you maintain your sleep routine? If you are someone who consistently wakes up early in the how do you do that? Any tricks or techniques that you use?

Do not use laptop or handphone 30min before sleep, do not think about work, do not drink tea, drink yogurt drink bluberry, will sleep

I wake up 6.15 am daily. If I wake up earlier than that, I'll just go back to sleep.

I stay up till early in the day and then go to bed before the sun comes up. I wake up around noon each day or 11 am give or take. Sometimes if very tired it may be 12:30 or 1 pm but that isn't the norm. If I go to bed earlier I'm back up a few hours later becasue i can't sleep. So I"m sleeping good like this and I'll stick to it. I'm retired and don't have to wake up early.

i always wake up in the morning eventho i slept late at night. I don't have any tricks it's juts my body and my eyes automatically wakes up. but if i really tired i can wake up 9.30 like few days ago, but i usually wake up at 6am

@pandawrites Just use a alarm.If you really want to wake up early you will get up when it rings. If you wake up daily on the time you wish ,you will get habit. It is said that whatever you do for 21 days becomes habit.

I don't wake up early, not even late. I keep alarm that's the only trick
