Do not use laptop or handphone 30min before sleep, do not think about work, do not drink tea, drink yogurt drink bluberry, will sleep

I stay up till early in the day and then go to bed before the sun comes up. I wake up around noon each day or 11 am give or take. Sometimes if very tired it may be 12:30 or 1 pm but that isn't the norm. If I go to bed earlier I'm back up a few hours later becasue i can't sleep. So I"m sleeping good like this and I'll stick to it. I'm retired and don't have to wake up early.

I set an alarm with snooze option to wake myself in the morning.

Just use a alarm.If you really want to wake up early you will get up when it rings.
If you wake up daily on the time you wish ,you will get habit.
It is said that whatever you do for 21 days becomes habit.

I don't wake up early, not even late. I keep alarm that's the only trick
