Hello friends..how is your sunday going on. It's a lazy day for me.. just did some garden work and white eggplant harvest and nothing else. The picture is first ever white eggplant harvest from my garden.. ..

I've never seen a white eggplant. I like the purple ones we get here. Sometimes, I skin and dice into soups and other times, I dip in oat flour with some seasoning and fry slices.

I love egg plant. Loved seeing the picture. I too have just started gardening. But since I dont have much place I have put some pots on my window sill and have bought some railing planters. Now doing some online research on what I can grow in the small railing planters.
