Got cherries in my store, and learned that they have a low glycemic index , meaning it make us healthy and may help us lose weight, if we need to..

Weird what you say. It is true that they are delicious, the best Italian cherries grow in the area where my mother was born. Women in the past went to pick up cherries from the trees and during cherry season they ALL gained weight because they ate cherries.

@buenavida Surely not more than those they brought to the owner to sell, may be 100/200 grams per day, that is too much if you go on during a full month.

I had a cherry tree in my garden at one time, but the birds kept pecking them and we could not eat them.

Cherries are a fruit that offers a delicious taste cherries have many benefits from a nutritional point of view. This fruit does look small, but the health benefits are quite large.
