Little Miss Bad Girl Is Growing

Hi everyone! I am fixing to be off running errands but before I go, I wanted to share with you the latest photo of Little Miss Bad Girl. This photo was taken yesterday but she has about doubled in size since the last photo. Also this is how her bin looked at the end of the day. Pityful! I'll be back later. The co-op was closing as I came into town so I'll have to go back on Monday for poultry laying pellets. Everything else was checked off the list.

Crossing fingers it is a hen and not a rooster. Last babies were 5 out of 6 roosters--and may even be 6 out of 6!

She made 4 weeks old this past Wednesday. I can't make her lay eggs, but she will be fed a layer diet. That won't happen until she is 5-6 months old.

@moffittjc That makes the poultry production farmers happy. They ship them off to the butchers quickly. I hate seeing a truck with them all crammed into small cages.
