Ghostbuster 2016 movie

This is what I've finish last week. I watch Ghostbuster cartoons when I'm a kid. I think it's my first time to watch a Ghostbuster movie. It's a comedy/fantasy movie. I like the visual effects. I was waiting for the original ghostbusters which are supposed to be males but to my surprised the Ghostbusters here are all women. They all love science and paranormal enthusiasts and good in making high tech gadgets for fighting ghost. There is still Slimer from the original ghostbuster. There's a lot of slime shown in the movie. I don't know exactly the connection of the slime with ghost appearances. They have the uniform and their backpacks with ghost zappers and ghost trap.
In this movie the government don't believe in the Ghostbusters and that they are just attention seekers until one day a portal opened and all the ghost came out and haunted the city. It's a good movie to watch

@averygirl72 It's what you call the brief appearance of a well-known personality in a piece of media. Or in Ghostbusters' case, it's the appearance of the original Ghostbusters cast peppered throughout the film. I think only one of them didn't make a brief appearance.

I didn't want to like it as I hate remakes with an agenda...but it was good

@averygirl72 remaking a film swapping the males for females so a feminist agenda.
Just like remaking films swapping white for black actors.
Anyway...I liked the film.
