Bad dream

I had a bad dream last night I was really scared In my dreams I was chased by snakes I was shocked and woke up from my sleep.. But I can't sleep anymore.. I slept very poorly.

Sorry to hear you got disturbed by the nightmare. I don't often take nightmares seriously, but they're definitely not pleasant.
