...you dreamed somebody else in your dream. Would you feel guilty about cheating on your partner upon waking up? I am sure it happens in the real world and curious about what would you feel about it. Cheating is one of the reasons why couples separate ways for real.
What's your opinion about it?
Have you experienced dreams like this?

I'm not sure what you're asking, exactly. Are you saying, if I drempt I was married to a man that isn't my husband, would I feel it was cheeting?
If that was the question. Then no. We often can't control what we dream about. And, it's healthy and normal to have dreams of different people, things events. Rarely-if-ever do my dreams contain my current husband.
However, while I'll agree cheeting in general is wrong, sometimes it's unavoidable. People tend to get married believing that that relationship will last until the end of their lives. And, for some couples that's true. For others, marriage may not have been a mistake at the time, but people's feelings can and do change.

Yes, I am referring to what you'd said. I do think it is impossible to control our dreams with someone despite being married in the real world. Some might dream being with someone and eventually, it could lead to cut the relationship for good through divorcing him or her.

@Shavkat I've never had a dream of cheating, or at least, I wasn't the one cheating. But either way, it's just a dream and the cheating isn't really taking place. In real life, I would never do it.

dreams are simply dreams, there is nothing in or about dreams that are real. so, if you dreamed about another, does that change your love for your wife?

@Shavkat then we move into the physical reality - we would then likely dream of severing the connection easily.
it is a different question you've asked now.

No, I wouldn't feel guilty about it. But I probably wouldn't discuss it with my partner.

I have sleeping problem and hardly dream. Sometimes I sleep like a log let alone dreaming.

Even if you dream someone, I think, it has nothing to do with other person. It is not equivalent to cheating.
