This is the last one. 
I think I cooked too much of the sautéed beansprout, I have been eating it daily for the past 9 days. I usually add fried egg and for the time being we had shrimps so I add two pieces on my meal. There is a rice underneath all those beansprout but only half a cup. This was my lunch since it is now all gone and in my tummy. burp!

I love bean sprouts and I love how you have arranged it on your plate. My lunch today is sweet and sour beef loaf and "chicharon"

@rakski Big "YES"!!! You did well on your presentation! I suggest you try "stir fried bean sprout" with vinegar and a bit of chili flakes or ground black pepper.

I don't eat any kind of seafood.

@rakski That is fair enough. 
I know lots of people who enjoy seafood. I used to eat fish when I was little but as an adult, I stay away from it all.

Wow! I love bean sprouts. I also can eat it everyday but it is expensive here

Your meal looks delicious and very healthy too. I had my lunch just now. Steamed rice, Moong lentil soup, potatoes capsicum fry, ivy gourd fry, curd, and cucumber slices. It was simple home-cooked and very filling.

I can just about manage eating the same thing for 3 days. You can always freeze the left overs and eat them later.
