Holla everyone ... Today is a very hot day and I had finished half of my work, so I decided to take a break. Make a cup of coffee and eat some biscuits. Btw, I like to drink coffee. I can drink two cups a day, usually, I drink it in the morning and tea time. Every time I drink coffee, I feel like I get my energy back. Some people say drink too much coffee is not good for health. Yeah, that is right! but looks like I can't get rid of this habit. When I don't drink coffee, I had a very bad headache. What about you guys, what do you like to drink? Coffee or tea?

@veunike I am Italian, we start drinking coffee when we are still kids, it does not hurt and three cups are just perfect... not the big instant coffee cups of course, good espresso coffee.

Really depends on the situation. I drink both tea and coffee. Nowadays though it is mostly black coffee.

@allen0187 oh, I see. That's better. But I like green tea with milk but not too much. Every time I drink green tea I can't sleep. I don't know why.

I prefer green tea. Specially Silver moon from TWG. I think you can find TWG in Hong Kong. It’s originally from Singapore.

@veunike yes they’re actually expensive as they’re considered as luxury tea. But i always have two cans of twg looes leaf. From the time that I’ve tried it, i know that i must always have that tea.

@toniganzon you're right. Like what I did, I prefer to drink coffee than eat food. I mean, by drinking coffee, I feel satisfied and I don't need anything. Maybe sounds weird. But that's who I am lol

I drink green tea after my breakfast, and sometimes I drink grain coffee at supper time before I go to bed. Green tea and grain coffee are better for you than ordinary tea and coffee. If you get a headache try a cup of Bancha tea with a teaspoon of soyu soy sauce in the bottom. Bancha tea is green tea made with the twigs and leaves of the Japanese Bancha tree.

I usually drink a cup of coffee in the morning and a cup of tea in the evening. If I go out to eat for dinner than I have a cappuccino.

Two cups of coffee in a day is not too much. You don't need to get rid of this habit. I don't like coffee but tea, I usually drink 4-5 cups of tea in a day.

I used to really like drinking coffee, but now I don't want to anymore. I don't know why every time I drink coffee, I feel my chest is uncomfortable. Maybe I'm not fit to drink coffee anymore. Now I prefer to drink tea.
