Hi all,
Today i baked a cookies called nastar. It has pineapple jams inside and i put a sprinkle of cheese on top. It took a whole morning to make it. But it worthed. The cookies put in a jar so it can last a month without any preservatives.
Usually this cookies made during an Eid festives. But for those that like to eat that, we usually made it in our spare times.
I think similar cookies with pineaple jams inside also available in other countries.
What do you do this weekend? Bakes cookies too? :-)

@DaddyEvil hahaha... keep trying, it will be better by times. When I cook on my younger time, I cook many foods that need repeat add sugar and salt, as its too sweet or too salty, and in the end, I have to add water to wash the taste. But the worst when its burnt, can't eat that at all. But its getting better over time

The cookies looks yummy, I loveeating cookies but I dont trust my baking skill. I tried once and the taste is horrible. So I prefer stick to my craft hobby. This weekend I sew a homedress for my sister, I'll trade it with my sister homemade dimsum, it is a win win solution for us. Have a nice weekend
