Question: Did you ever feel UNFAIR about something in your life?

This is what I am feeling right now. My current company activated my account to be able to teach online today. I felt so sad because they lower the rate of my teaching per class online. The reason is that I did not teach for a long time with them. Hold on with this thought, my leave of absence for about three months was approved by them. That makes me feel so unfair to be treated this way. I really need to find another company to treat me as their own family. Can you feel me with this matter? Image Credit: c.tenor.com

So sorry for you being treated this way. You should search for some other company which may pay you a better rate for teaching. It's a disappointment, they should not have done this because your leaves were approved by them.

@Shavkat best of luck. I also wanted to be an online teacher but as I dont have an experience of teaching so could not get a teaching job on any site.

@sjvg1976 Why not try it? Try to check out Palfish and downloaded it from Play Store so that you will have an idea.

@Shavkat Earlier I used to take it up with Admin but never got a satisfying answer. I now do not bother about it any more.

@allknowing I can feel you. I had some episodes that felt unfair because of this concern. I just ignore it and hopefully, it is not because I came from one of the Asia countries.

Life isn't always fair. Things are going to happen that we can't always control. When it comes to work, you need to be careful. You need to set a limit, sure, but be sure you've got something better lined up before leaving your current job. Now more than ever is a bad time to be out of work. If you can work and resolve the issue, that's better.

I am considering the idea to resign after finding a new one. It has been my practice even before the pandemic. I hope that I can find the best company for me soon.

That does seem very unfair to lower your rate. Unless it's a clause that already existed in your contract, I don't think that would be legal here. I've certainly been in situations that I felt were unfair - such as being paid less than someone else for doing the same or more, for not being able to take time out when I needed it despite colleagues being given time off for the same thing. I've experienced a lot of unfair treatment both in work and outside of it.

I must admit that it is not fair. The company is taking advantage of the current situation now. I am trying to think positively despite being treated this way. In time, I am going to leave this company for good.

You said it right. I must admit that it is so frustrating to deal with this current company. They are so airheaded when it comes to virtual teachers' concerns.

Yes, they should tell you you would receive less pay! You may have to continue working while you find what you're looking for

I felt that for a Long time. I was left behind in my promotion considering the amount of time and effort and loyalty to one administration. I felt left out when they promoted and installed to higher positions those who came in later. But patience has it rewards as I am now enjoying a good position after a long wait.

I can feel you with this concern. I am not sure if I wanted to be promoted with this current company. They had offered me a random higher position but I turned it down because of this kind of issue.

Yes, I once felt not fair to my friend. I was once helped by my friend and I accepted it well. But it turned out that behind his kindness there was a hidden thing that I didn't like. He slandered me as if I had committed a crime against him. This is very unfair to me, even though I try to be a good friend to him.
