Question: Did you ever feel UNFAIR about something in your life?

This is what I am feeling right now. My current company activated my account to be able to teach online today. I felt so sad because they lower the rate of my teaching per class online. The reason is that I did not teach for a long time with them. Hold on with this thought, my leave of absence for about three months was approved by them. That makes me feel so unfair to be treated this way. I really need to find another company to treat me as their own family.
Can you feel me with this matter?

@Shavkat Earlier I used to take it up with Admin but never got a satisfying answer. I now do not bother about it any more.

@allknowing I can feel you. I had some episodes that felt unfair because of this concern. I just ignore it and hopefully, it is not because I came from one of the Asia countries.

Life isn't always fair. Things are going to happen that we can't always control. When it comes to work, you need to be careful. You need to set a limit, sure, but be sure you've got something better lined up before leaving your current job. Now more than ever is a bad time to be out of work. If you can work and resolve the issue, that's better.

That does seem very unfair to lower your rate. Unless it's a clause that already existed in your contract, I don't think that would be legal here.
I've certainly been in situations that I felt were unfair - such as being paid less than someone else for doing the same or more, for not being able to take time out when I needed it despite colleagues being given time off for the same thing. I've experienced a lot of unfair treatment both in work and outside of it.

Often companies will make these kinds of excuses. I hope you can find a better place to teach.

I felt that for a Long time. I was left behind in my promotion considering the amount of time and effort and loyalty to one administration. I felt left out when they promoted and installed to higher positions those who came in later. But patience has it rewards as I am now enjoying a good position after a long wait.

Yes, I once felt not fair to my friend. I was once helped by my friend and I accepted it well. But it turned out that behind his kindness there was a hidden thing that I didn't like. He slandered me as if I had committed a crime against him. This is very unfair to me, even though I try to be a good friend to him.
