Things that makes me felt devastated this morning about the effect of socmed in modern era nowadays

So this morning I watch a news from tv that makes me very sad, angry, and confused to why it can happen, and why they do it.
So the news is a teenager died crushed by a big truck. And no, it's not the fault of the driver, the teenager and his friend jump to the front of the speeding truck at night for their social media content. And the result is one of the teenagers failed to move quickly to avoid the truck and died on the spot
And all of that just for a content

Yes, jumping in front of a truck, is dangerous and stupid. Not being able to get out of the way in time, isn't his falt. What is, putting himself in the position to be hit in the first place.

This is a very sad news, just for their socmed content that they are willing to die for it.
Teenagers now a days are so much into Socmed, to the point that they were not thinking what's good and bad just to post and have something for their content.

And you know what makes me more sad? It's not the first time this things happen. There's several times times some teenagers do it ( the act of blocking the speeding truck), some can get away in time but some.....
For example this news for few months ago ( and no, the news i said at my discussion is a very fresh news ,it happens yesterday)
