I will start "Only in Thailand" with a positive note. Wearing a mask is still mandatory here in Thailand. So, some stores, train stations, and temples offer free masks for all. Isn't that great!!! Only in Thailand

@xander6464 sadly here it is very expensive to have a test especially for foreigners. For citizens it’s 500 baht for the foreigners it’s 2000 baht.

Some stores here still require masks and if you don't have one when you come in they give you one. It was before the vaccines all stores that were open did that. Good for Thailand!

Oh yeah here this is already a milestone. Imagine until now we struggle to get a vaccine, while in your country, some people don't like to get it.

@Mavic123456 I got my vaccines,at first I did not want to get them. But when my grandkids started school when they unfortunatly opened up I decided to get them because my grandkids would be in school.

@dfollin well, me too. I don’t like to get but the thing I I can’t go anywhere without it. Also, now they impose to schools that all should get vaccine. It might be a bit dictated but the choice , work or no vaccine?

It shows that the government cares more about the people than the cost of buying masks. People need to be encouraged to wear masks, I can understand the need to make them free.

@Mavic123456 Two shots but now they are talking of a third one. I had no problems before so it is just a nuisance to go again, but bettr a nuisance than a virus.

this is a nice point of view. Yeah, at this time, no work and more lockdowns... buying masks are not a priority? Have you had your shot, yet?

Also wish the same. It’s really restrictive. Imagine teaching with a mask. Very difficult.

That's great! We don't get it for free here and it's also mandatory. Some premises would take the chance to put mask for sale in front of their door. You need the mask to enter after all.

We also buy here. But it is just great and generous to see some shops do such things. Although here in Thailand most people offer a lot of things for free. Example water or food when there are parade when we are still in the old normal.

Stores and banks give free masks here... Pretty and I keep a dozen paper masks in the car all the time but mostly use cloth masks with a filter inside them. We wash the cloth masks and replace the filters after wearing them...
