I just put a Devil's Food Cake in the oven. I have been wanting something to snack on and I don't have any that I actually want. So I dug around in the pantry and found a Devil's Food Cake mix and some white icing to go on top so that is what we have baking in the oven. It will also be a good lazy day breakfast. The last cake I make didn't get eaten as it sat too long and started going bad so I had to toss it out. I think this one will get devoured. After all, who doesn't love chocolate? I'm planning on pairing it up with a cold glass of milk and that will classify it as somewhat healthy, right?

It looks yummy to me. I want to make a Weight Watchers Funfetti Cheesecake. It has good reviews and most of their stuff is quite delicious..hard to just eat the portion you are supposed to.

I made a banana walnut cake and put cream cheese icing on it. It's nice but pretty messy to eat. You really need a cake fork, which I have luckily.
