I mylotted too much

On wed while my one employee was cleaning windows I mylotted for two hours and it seems that I used all my data. Thankfully, my plan rebooted yesterday. I didn't use it all in the one afternoon but I did use it in less than a week. I'm in a plan with 2gigs of data. I was outside, away from wifi so that's how it happened. With my prepaid phone with Verizon I think I had unlimited data for forty per month. If I want unlimited with spectrum it's almost double that but I'm paying for a brand new phone and it's not prepaid and I also have insurance on the phone. Right now I pay about fifty per month. I'm not ready to go to eighty dollars just yet and this was the first month I went over so I'll just have to not mylot when I'm away from wifi.

Yes it is easy to go over. I am on 10GB shared with myself and my sons phone. Its around $60 a month. I was on the unlimited but there is no way we are going to use all that.

I probably wouldn't use it either although when I'm here it tends to be when I'm away from home. It was never a problem in the past before.

My data is getting wasted here. I have a dual sim phone so I have to recharge mandatorily a minimum amount each and every month. 28 days package is some what cheap here. (5 USD for both SIMS). In addition to mobile data, I have a fiber optic internet connection too with unlimited data. I have been using it for Smart TV, Mobile, and my laptop. It costs 500 INR (Around 7 USD per month) With 40 Mbps speed. Totally I am spending 12 USD each and every month for Data.

It is easy to use up a plan if you are enjoying yourself online.

@MarshaMusselman true. Plus, myLot is way better than most of the other social media sites.

@allen0187 I rarely look at social media. Either way I would have overused my data.

I would have been a bit bored otherwise.

@prashu228 I have ladders on top and use the van for when we clean windows plus I drive it to my other job. It's my vehicle my husband can't drive it out would rather not. I use the van for my crew to get to the different job sites. My work is completed at the job my worker was doing so I only had three things I could do: be on my phone to mylot, or play games or take a nap in my van. I suppose I could have turned the van on and listened to music too. This is the job my employee was doing.

I had nothing else that I could do. It was either that, take a nap in my van or play some games.

I can go online oftentimes now that my cousin subscribed for postpaid plan WiFi. My phone is prepaid but signal is very weak.

@AkoPinay but I meant only in the house not outside. I was using My phone outside and that's why I used so much data but possibly it wasn't as bad as I originally though.

It's not happened to me in several years. I will have to watch my usage when not in wifi areas.

I don't do much of mylot. Continuously doing 2 hours is too much. If you have wifi you should not use your mobile data.

I was outside with no wifi nearby. The wasn't much else I could do while my employee was working since we got all the lower windows done last Monday. I think it looks like you're here a decent amount of time. Maybe not all at once but you're more active here than some others.

I think it happens to run out of data when using a smartphone. I spend a lot of time in myLot, but I use my computer, I could stay here 24 hours a day, data are unlimited.

I can't work at my computer at present my fingers shake too much while I'm typing. I'd never get anything written. I only use my index finger on my phone. Much easier at present. Maybe once I'm home I'll revert back to using my computer more when here.

I was told another gig is data work coat an extra fifteen if I use more than that it's cheaper to up my plan. I'm trying to stay within my boundaries and see before deciding.
