How to lost weight?

October 4, 2021 12:31am CST
I've gained weight during the pandemic, I've tried to work out but it's only been 15 minutes I'm already exhausted and also I've reduced my food portion but it doesn't work, what should I do?

Welcome to mylot. I hope you enjoy here. Well, it's not going to happen overnight. You have to be motivated and stick to your diet and exercise plan. Start slowly and then you can increase your exercise timing. You will build strength and stamina with each day.

@JimBo452020 You probably need to really exercise. I doubt that just minimizing portions will do the trick. But maybe it depends on a person's metabolism.

@jstory07 Hard for me to get myself to go outside for a walk. I hate wandering the streets.

You seem to be new here Welcome aboard. This tab has all what you need to know about this Site And as for losing weight you should be physically active not just doing those 15 minutes but a bit of it throughout the day

You have to give it time. Nothing happens in one day.

The first thing that you should know is you will not loose weight overnight. From there concentrate on eating as much as you want of healthy foods especially fruits and veggies but reduce too much starchy foods, do not stop them completely.Eat a balanced meals. Drink enough water daily and exercise daily, increase gradually your workout times as your body gets used to working out.Do the exercises you love, if you love dancing, do it, if walking then walk, that way you will be able to benefit from working out but at the same time enjoy. Thats what I do, hope this works for you.

Welcome to mylot, enjoy your stay here. My take on this is that you need to persevere, that's the only mantra I believe.

There's no magic pill in losing weight. There has to be a transformation that will take place in your mind so that you can focus on how to do it. Because if you are in a hurry, you will end up in a YoYo diet.

Hi there. Welcome to mylot. You can`t lose very quick, it takes time. I always make sure that I have a morning and evening walk and a dancing exercise for 45 minutes and it works for me. If you are not losing after that you lessen your food intake and doing exercises. I think you have problems with your hormonal imbalance. You should consult a doctor and check if you have some problem
