How to lost weight?

I've gained weight during the pandemic, I've tried to work out but it's only been 15 minutes I'm already exhausted and also I've reduced my food portion but it doesn't work, what should I do?

Anastasya In my opinion, Netflix is good app streaming, because a lot of interest movie or series who can be watched, but this app have to pay.
