No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

This was a favorite family recipe growing up. Someone would always fix this treat at a family get together. I made a 1/2 recipe of the bars. No way could I make the entire large recipe. This is a very rich dessert and treat. Always takes me back to my childhood. Graham cracker crust, sugar, milk, condensed milk, and blueberry pie filling.

Wow. That makes my teeth hurt for the sweetness of it though I do love sugar. I might buy myself a can of pie filling for Christmas cause I've never had any.

@CarolDM I've heard that. The other night I wanted a little pudding like stuff to go over fresh raspberries. It took maybe two minutes to take some cornstarch and milk and gently boil that with sugar. Boom. Pudding like stuff.

I like it too, when younger. Now watching sugar intake, so it'll be a memory for now, unless I find a slice in the market and far enough away from blood draw time.

Wow I always want a blueberry cake not a cheesecake... hehehehe... and also I really love to have a no bake recipe, coz our oven can't bake a cake, it is a normal oven where you can heat pizza, breads and other food, but can't bake. Lol!
