A quick different dinner

So I want to order some special food for dinner and I have decided to go for the Asian I want something different from what I always order I want to try either Lo Mein or Cho Mein but I don’t know which one will be better I had google and the Lo Mei noodles are on vapor and Cho Mei noodles are fry, can someone recommend me which one I should try first ?

Lo Mein noodles are always good. Not sure if I've ever tried Cho Mein.

@cafeconleche353 I do not think that lo mein noodles are steamed. Here in the US the lo mein noodles are usually stir-fried.

@lovebuglena ah, here the stir-fried noodles is called Cho Mei, the steamed one are the Lo Mei, and you choose the meat and the sauce you want on it, they have like 6 different sauces where I bought them, I went for the teriyaki one.

Cho Mei, it was tasty, crunchy and delicius, definetly recommended, also Im trying the Lo Mei next time so I know how both tasted with the different textures

@cafeconleche353 Oh! Very good. I'm glad you enjoyed your food. I don't like Lo Mei for some reason it's wet and not for me.

@asianlady I did like the crunchy on the noodles and the flavor omg...maybe the other I’ll try it just for curiosity hehehe

that’s the one I decided at the end...it was delicious, really different from what I order before my first cho mei... delicious

try going to indonesia and order rendang, satay or nasi lead.

Oh i ve never hear those dishes before... I’m going to investigate them, definitely try to find a place where to taste them

I am assuming you mean Chow Mein. Either way, I prefer Lo Mein over Chow Mein, so that's what I would go with personally.

try the fried one first, because the fried one is very tempting, especially when added to the sauces, makes me want to try it, but what did you try yesterday? This post is overdue
