Following time table is quite difficult

I have prepared a time table for myself , For managing my day properly but it's quite difficult to maintain it I don't know why but I am never able to follow it correctly and make my day productive Friends can you give me some ideas So that I can follow it

May be you can try a checklist of things like URGENT to do, SHORT TERM and LONG TERM

Actually the requirements of the work are done But I am not able to follow the study schedule which I made for myself . I do my assignment on time
