Birthday Pie

My sister sent photos for her daughter birthday. Instead regular cake, she make Birthday pie!! That's different for sure and also her favorite.
With some fruits on it, it surely healthier than regular cake.
I will follow her steps, and think what I want to give next year as birthday cake replacement. Any idea?

That was a healthier option, a Birthday pie instead of a traditional Birthday cake. The people will be eating fruit, which is a better choice than extra frosting with candy on top.
