Hubby turned on all four furnaces. It is now officially fall. I hate the heating bills. He likes to be warm, though. Now is the time for soups and casseroles and warm yummy food. Today I will get my covid 19 booster shot. I have pages of paperwork to fill out before I go. I will take my student in to breakfast and then Mrs. D will stay with him while I go across the street. A nearby pharmacy is conducting a clinic for us. I am taking burritos for my lunch, but I need to get some salsa to take as well. I will see you later.

I haven't had a burrito in years, I need a fix. I only use a space heater for the bathroom if I plan to take a shower otherwise it really isn't that cold in here yet.

My furnace is still off. I refuse to turn it on until after Hallowe'en.

@GardenGerty I put it on for today because my friend came to visit, but I'll be turning it off again after she leaves.

You've a busy day. Good, getting your booster shot. Did you get your salsa? I usually get a $1 picante small jar, at Walgreens dollar aisle, but they've been out for 2 weeks now.

I’ve already turned my furnace on, but it’s set low, like 64 in the day and 67 at night. Definitely break out the chili recipes weather!!! And lots of hot tea!!!! Have a great day!

If I do not watch it,hubby has it on 70. I have run it clear down to 50 for the weekend, but I have been cooking a lot. That and laundry make the house warm.

My arm is sore, but I think that has to do with the person who gave it.
