You must have been really tired, pony. I hope you sleep well. I usually have earbuds in when I sleep so can't hear the rain. (Once in a while the thunder is so loud I'll hear that even when wearing earbuds... Pretty screamed when it sounded like the lightning hit the house last night.

) Some limbs are down in the back yard. I can't see where the lightning hit but I'm sure it got one of the trees back there.

@TheHorse Depending on which tree the limb comes from, the next door neighbor might take it to use in his outdoor fireplace. When we cut down the mulberry tree in the front yard, he didn't want those. We piled them up against the street and the city took them to the dump.
