I am finally wearing my sandals.

Last year I went with Dixie to buy some sandals at Skechers. They were awesome but probably the next day the winter season started
So there they were. I usually use some warm slippers indoors or, if it is warmer, my flipflops.
But now it was so warm that I donned a T shirt and a pair of bluejeans to go to the plant nursery. I was going to wear my gym shoes but then I saw the sandals and it was love again.
I have not bought any other brand since I discovered Skechers. Gone are the times of Puma and Nike. These are better for my feet.
And my feet are worse every day
Today I decided I´d take a Naproxen for the trip with Claudia.
I don´t know if it is age or sedentarism. Both are to be blamed. I suppose.

I have not worn sandals since I came to Florida, I live in my Crocs, You must be right about sedentarism because my bum knee kept bothering me and I was afraid to go out in case I would fall, Now I have been out for short distances about three times and guess what? my knee feels much better and it did not trouble me at all each time I went out, So it was all that sitting I was doing and my knee needed the exercise so now I know I have to get out more,

I´d like to live with someone with a cellphone so that if we go out for a walk and I fall, she could call the cops.
As it is, living alone is a problem. I´m thinking about moving to a senior home.

I have a new ache and pain every day. I can't get around much; so I'm sure the sitting is part of the problem. I hobble when I first get up because of the pain. I'm sorry you are having trouble. Getting old sucks!
